We conducted a CTRI registered clinical study in a lab accredited by CDSCO (India), NPRA (Malaysia) and NABL (India). Process

  • Open-label, three-period, crossover, oral protein bioavailability/ absorption study.
  • Selected healthy male subjects between 20-36 years of age.
  • Blood samples collected every four hours.
  • Analysis of N2 excretion levels.
  • Test participants showed a 60% increase in BCAA absorption.
  • Test participants showed a 50% increase in overall protein absorption.
  • Higher BCAA levels caused less muscle tissue breakdown, healthier muscle synthesis, and improved muscle growth and recovery. 
  • Lower N2 excretion was indicative of better protein utilisation inside the body.
